Charleston Entrepreneur Week 2017
Charleston Entrepreneur Week is a small and anticipated event hosted by the Southeastern Chamber of Commerce (SCC) to provide an educational experience for innovative-minded regional business owners, professionals and entrepreneurs. The Conference is scheduled for September 6-9, 2017, in Charleston, SC and is arranged to convene dozens of participants. It is a premier forum where entrepreneurs and business professionals can learn, grow, connect and leverage opportunities to do what they do best: drive economic change in exponential ways.
The conference will have an opening reception, two days of seminars, vendor opportunities, CEO round-tables, leadership meetings, training’s, break-out sessions, and nightly meet-ups.
This conference provides a chance to enhance your skills, whether you are an entrepreneur or day-to-day professional, and also provides you an opportunity to network with regional business leaders from a wide range of industries including: food & beverage, green energy, hospitality, finance, media, mobile, retail, non-profit, distribution and business services.
Founded in 2005 as a business networking association, the Southeastern Chamber of Commerce is nonprofit, membership organization dedicated to improving businesses and tourism throughout the Southeastern Region. Formed as a 501-C6 International trade and membership organization in 2010, the Chamber has emerged to be one of the fastest growing organizations in its headquartered City of North Charleston, SC.
SCC has a clear regional focus to “connect businesses across state-lines” and differentiates their innovative concept by being identified as a non-competing parties to local chambers and membership organizations. “We are excited about hosting CEW 2017. Our past Entrepreneur Week’s have been held on the Campus of College of Charleston and always brings together some of the most innovative thinkers, political leaders and amazing talent from around the region. This year our focus is broader, as the Chamber has grown. We look forward to engaging participation from our newest corporate investors such as Edward Jones Investments, Hyatt Hotel Group, City if Charleston and dozens of our entrepreneurs and small businesses” said Vanessa Cramer- SCC Director of Communications.
